At Hyped4WD, we aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably, anywhere in Australia. Below is our full Shipping Policy, including delivery timeframes and costs.


1. Shipping Within Australia Only

We currently ship Australia-wide only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. Shipping Rates

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping options for all orders:

  • Standard Shipping: $8.95

  • Express Shipping: $12.95

  • Free Shipping on Orders Over $60 (Australia-wide)

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.


3. Order Processing Times

All orders are typically processed and dispatched within:

  • 1–2 business days for in-stock items

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day

During peak periods or product launches, dispatch times may be slightly extended.


4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery time depends on your location:

Standard Shipping:

  • Metro areas: 3–6 business days

  • Regional areas: 5–10 business days

Express Shipping:

  • Metro areas: 1–3 business days

  • Regional areas: 2–5 business days

These timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary due to delays outside our control.


5. Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received:

  • Please contact us and we will assist in lodging an investigation with Australia Post.

  • Hyped4WD is not responsible for parcels delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect details entered at checkout.


7. Incorrect Address Entered

If you entered the wrong shipping address:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible.

  • If the order has not yet shipped, we can update the address.

  • If it has already shipped, we are unable to redirect the parcel, and additional shipping fees may apply.


8. Pre-Orders (If applicable later)

If a product is marked as a pre-order, the estimated dispatch date will be listed on the product page.
Orders containing pre-order items will ship when all items are available.
