Refund & Returns Policy – Hyped4WD

 

Thank you for shopping with Hyped4WD. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, this policy outlines how we handle exchanges, returns, and refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


1. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product:

  • Is faulty or defective

  • Is not as described

  • Is not fit for purpose

These rights apply regardless of this policy.


2. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.


3. Size Exchanges (Incorrect Size Purchased)

We understand that selecting the correct size can sometimes be difficult.

We offer size exchanges under the following conditions:

  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags, labels, and packaging are still intact

  • The requested size is in stock

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us for a size exchange.

  • We will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement size to you.

If the size you need is out of stock, we can offer:

  • A store credit

  • Or an exchange to another item of equal value

We do not offer refunds for incorrect size purchases.


4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will:

  • Replace the item

  • Offer an exchange

  • Or issue a refund

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the fault/damage (if applicable)

We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.


5. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Unwashed

  • In original packaging

  • Free from deodorant marks, scents, pet hair, or damage

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


6. Refunds

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Faulty items

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect items

  • Items that cannot be replaced under ACL requirements

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.


7. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn or washed clothing

  • Custom or personalised items (if offered)

  • Clearance or sale items
